FAQ’s

How do I make a reservation? Check your dates are available in the availability calendar Select the book now page and fill in the booking form. You will be redirected to the payment options page. Make a payment using your preferred method. We will confirm your booking by email.

After I pay the deposit, when is the balance due? The full balance is due 90 days before your arrival date.

How can I make payment? You can pay by bank transfer, credit or debit card or by cheque.

Do I deduct the deposit from the balance when I am paying it? No, the deposit is retained by us until after you leave in case of any accidental damages etc. So when the balance is due you pay the full amount of the rental.

When will I get my deposit back? Within 30 days of your departure.

Are there any shops or restaurants nearby? There is a restaurant and mini market within 2 minutes walk. There is a street of shops and restaurants in the nearby Playa Marina which is less than 10 minutes walk.

How far is the beach? The beach is at the bottom of our urbanisation and less than 10 minutes walk.

I have checked a map of the location and it looks like there is a busy road to cross to the beach. Is there a crossing? There is both and underpass and a footbridge so there is no need to actually cross over the road.

How big is the pool? The pool is 10m x 4m and is 1.2m at the shallow end and 2m at the deep end.

Is the pool heated? Yes the pool is heated.

What are the arrival and departure times? Arrival time is 4PM, Departure time is 10AM.

I am going to arrive before 4PM can I get in early? Unfortunately when we have a same day changeover the housekeeping staff normally don’t finish preparing the villa until late afternoon. You can leave your cases and go for a drink or some lunch and explore the area and return at 4 when the villa is ready. If we don’t have a same day changeover we can be a bit more flexible.

My flight is not leaving until later, can i stay in the villa a bit later? If we have a same day changeover then we need the villa vacated by 10am. You can leave your cases and return later to pick them up. If we dont have a same day changeover we can be a bit more flexible.

Are there any extra charges for electricity, gas etc? There are no extra charges.

Is there internet at the villa? Yes the whole villa is covered by WiFi.

Is there Sky TV? Yes there are 2 Sky boxes with full sports and movies.

Do I need to bring towels? No. Towels are provided.
